Subscriptions bought with IntegrationHub display a confusing "Used & Borrowed" numbers in Allocation messageDescriptionFor some users, ITOM Operator Professional license detail page is showing "Borrowed" users count which does not match with over-usage for ITOM Products. This issue is not related to ITOM Licensing. Subscriptions sold with Integration Hub spokes/metadata display a message like : "Used: 100 Borrowed: 50" beneath the Allocated field in the license_details form. While this is meant to represent Integration Hub (IH) specific stats showing the count of the consumed IH usage and the count of the borrowed IH usage against the IH Pool, it does not always align with the value displayed in the allocation field, which leads to confusion. Customers can consult their contract details and their account manager to better understand how IH products are measured/borrowed, but can otherwise ignore this message for products like per-user products or capacity products measured directly against some other measurement like nodes.Steps to Reproduce 1. Download a Per-User license with IH SKU metadata.2. View the downloaded per-user subscription form page. The "Allocated" column message is displayed, which is confusing for a per-user subscription to show the used and borrowed number.WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.Related Problem: PRB1474240
