report_view and report_on table access controls (ACL's) for Schedules and Skills Management pluginsSummaryIn the Rome and San Diego releases, the report_view and the report_on access control lists (ACLs) have been enabled for some of the tables in the Schedules and Skills management plugins to restrict who can generate reports. These ACLs grant report_view and the report_on privileges to users with relevant roles. However, some of the report_view and the report_on ACLs are installed on tables shared with other products and therefore would prevent users who don't have the relevant roles on the shared products from accessing the reports. You can do any of the following as a workaround to enable users to get access to the tables listed for the plugins below. Create additional report_view ACLs on these tables with additional roles.Note: It is important that you take measures to keep the instance secure.Add additional roles to the existing ACLs.Deactivate OOB ACLs.Note: We do not recommend deactivating the ACLs because of the security risks associated with it.
