Knowledge Base search for unauthenticated user not showing results in Service Portal landing pageDescriptionAs of Rome, the landing page of Service Portal can have an additional search form, which seems to not show results to unauthenticated users.Steps to Reproduce 1 - Login a Rome or later instance2 - Go to Service Portal > Pages > landing page: /nav_to.do?uri=sp_page.do?sys_id=36c61807cb31120000f8d856634c9ca93 - Remove the roles and set public to true:<public>true</public><roles/4 - Go to the Service Portal page /sp and notice the search box does not workWorkaroundThis is expected behaviour. By default, the typeahead widget will be private on the landing page. In case of customization to make the widget public, the admin will need to make sure to publicise the KB articles. Service Portal does not show the KB articles to unauthenticated users unless they are made public.Related Problem: PRB1542570
