'Container Start' variable background span got changed after Rome upgrade - Known Error

'Container Start' variable background span got changed after Rome upgrade Description The background CSS for the "Container Start" variable in catalog items/record producers is changed in the Rome release.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to any OOB Rome instance 2. Open any Record Producer 3. Create a new Variable of type Container Start 4. Give some value for Question/Name 5. Set Showhelp as true and provide some value for Instructions 6. Access the Record Producer form /sp portal

Observe the width of the background is not matching/extending the full width of the field like it used to in Paris/Quebec release.
