Go to setting (gear icon) > Developer > Application > select Knowledge Management - Service Portal5.Go to /esc portal and search for the KB article in step 2 /esc?id=kb_search&spa=1&query=test6. Click Show Filters7. Hold ctrl + right click onto the Language Field Facet > Instance OptionsSource Table = KnowledgeSource Field = LanguageFacet Template = Multi-Select8. Select English language in language FacetNote the Clear button appears on top. Note the URL: /esc?id=kb_search&spa=1&query=test&language=en9. Refresh the browser pageThe language facet filter checkbox is cleared, and the Clear filter option disappears. WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available.
