However, the variables appear for admin users, but not to standard itil users. 1. Go to your instance 2. Impersonate admin user 3. Navigate to Dashboards and choose the dashboard created 4. In the list view, note that the variables appear with values. Those columns are fields from their catalog item. 5. On the report source, attempt to double click on one of the fields listed. Error message appears: "Security prevents writing to this field" 6. Impersonate itil user 7. Navigate to same dashboard 8. Note that the same columns now appear blank.
