Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry." Steps to Reproduce This issue is not always reproducible as it's intermitent. 1. Install Agent Client Collector;2. Open the acc.log in an editor like Notepad++ or similar.3. Uninstall the Agent Client Collector and notice the error message displayed during the process:"Another application has exclusive access to the file '...\acc.log'. Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry." Even after closing all applications, it seems the thread is still stuck and uninstall fails.WorkaroundMake sure everything's closed and stop the Agent Client Collector Service.Try uninstalling it again.Related Problem: PRB1540750
