Integration: ServiceNow Configuration Management 2012 v2 not creating new Configuration Item's in CMDB.SummaryIntegration - SCCM 2012 v2 failing to create new Configuration Item's with the exception "SCCM import CI: CSxxxxx03 (16XXXX66) will not have a record in the CMDB due to multiple matches or lack of matchable information" InstructionsThe above error is caused when multiple different Configuration Item's (CI) having the same ID [resourceID/correlationID/] in sys_object_source table. In order to identify the device based on the resource ID from ServiceNow Configuration Management (SCCM), the Identification engine for the ServiceNow Configuration Management (SCCM) imports first looks at the resource ID. The first one is the "source table" (sys_object_source), and the second place is the correlation_id field in the hardware table. When resource IDs are first imported, either from SCCM or Discovery, the [sys_object_source] table is populated with IDs for each Configuration Item (CI) it identifies. In subsequent imports, if an incoming ID matches that of an existing (Configuration Item) CI, IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) updates the information for that Configuration Item (CI) in the CMDB.If the incoming resource ID does not match that of an existing CI, IRE creates a new CI and populates it with the resource IDRelated LinksMicrosoft SCCM integration
