VA : Teams : 'Submit a request ' bot continues to ask for an attachment even though the user attached the image Description In the VA - MS Teams bot, when you run the topic - Submit a request - Bot keeps on asking for attachment even though the user has uploaded an attachment, so the flow can not continue.

Steps to Reproduce

Open VA. Start Submit a request. What are you looking for? Mouse. Select yes. Bot will ask for an attachment. Select yes. Upload the file. Wait a few seconds. Bot will ask again to upload a file. Type Exit. The flow does not end. Workaround This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
