Security Incident PIR pdf reports are automatically removed by a scheduled jobDescriptionPost incident review(PIR) pdf reports are deleted automatically after 7 days by a scheduled job.Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a security incident.2. Move the state to review and then close.3. Post incident review report will be generated and attached back to the closed security incident4. Do not open the document for 7 days.5. Wait for the document to be automatically purged by the scheduled job "Clean up converted documents genereated by PDF Generation Utilities plugin".WorkaroundThe workaround is to disable the scheduled job (enabled by default) "Clean up converted documents genereated by PDF Generation Utilities plugin" located in the sysauto_script table:/sysauto_script_list.do?sysparm_query=name%3DClean%20up%20converted%20documents%20genereated%20by%20PDF%20Generation%20Utilities%20plugin&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view= There is no risk by disabling the job to avoid deleting the PDF files entirely. Resolution details: The issue is fixed and backported to RP3 and QP9. A new sys property "com.snc.pdf.cleanuphtml2pdfdocs" is introduced and default value of this property is false. If it is false - the scheduled job "Clean up converted documents generated by PDF Generation Utilities plugin"does not clean the documents generated.
