Box Spoke Action "Look up User ID" may fail with "Provided username doesn't exist" if user is not returned as part of the first 1000 records Description If your Box instance contains more than 1,000 users, then the action "Look up User ID" may fail with "Provided username doesn't exist" if it is not returned as part of the first 1,000 users.

Unfortunately, the Box User API returns a maximum of 1,000 user records. https://developer.box.com/reference/get-users/#param-limit

Steps to Reproduce

Install Box Spoke. Test the action "Look up User ID" by providing a "User name" which may not be returned by the first 1,000 records (ie. Zoe). The action will return with "Provided username doesn't exist." Workaround If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
