clone_data_preserver and clone_data_exclude list has pre-defined filter set to only show records where 'include_in_system_clone=true' and this cannot be changed by customer Description The field include_in_system_clone is being set to false when cloning from a Quebec+ instance to a Pre-Quebec instance. After the clone, the customer cannot see any records under System Clone > Exclude Tables and System Clone > Preserve Data on the target instance.

This is because clone_data_preserver and clone_data_exclude list has pre-defined filter set to only show records where 'include_in_system_clone=true' and this cannot be changed by customer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to System Clone > Preserve Data 2. Note the filter is set as 'include in system clone=true' 3. Note you are unable to click on 'All' in order to load all records.

Workaround Please use the new clone admin console it will show the excluders and preservers without that field check to true.
