Visibility of maintenance Alerts from Operator WorkspaceIssue When you create the Alert Query(Alert Group) and trying to show the ITOM Alerts which are in maintenance (field 'maintenance' to 'true') in the Operator Workspace. It's Looking like the severity is not calculated properly for this Alert Group, since the Operator Workspace shows green, but when going into details, it displays all critical Alerts which is expected but it should turn the color coding to be RED.ReleaseALLResolutionThe Service is shown in green color is because the Alert is in a maintenance state which has been added in while creating the Alert group. Once it moves out of maintenance, the service shows the color as per the severity and it turns from Green to Red. So the conclusion is if you create the Alert group with Maintenance , and then create event with the same source and resources with Maintenance selected then it trigger the Alert populated in the Operator workspace without the color code change since Maintenance alerts cannot change any color code as per the OOTB mechanism. Where as, as soon as you remove the Maintenance field from the alert group then perform the same exercise as mentioned above then alert immediately populated in Workspace and change the color code from Green to Red as critical.
