Unable to see the role after installing the pluginIssue The roles were missing when a plugin 'com.snc.task_communication_management' is activated. 1. Navigate to v_plugin.LIST 2. Search with the ID = com.snc.task_communication_management It shows Active Now, navigate to sys_user_role table and search with the role name "sn_comm_management.comm_plan_admin" or "sn_comm_management.comm_plan_viewer" that comes along with the plugin. These roles were not installed as part of plugin installation. Please find the screenshot below. ResolutionTo resolve the issue, we need to 'Repair' the plugin. Please take consent from the customer that a 'Repair' is required and any plugin activations are recommended to perform after business hours. Repairing the plugin resolved the issue. The roles were successfully created and assigned to the required engineers. Please submit a case to Service Now, even after repairing the plugin does not resolve the issue.
