Steps to Reproduce

1 - Enable Display setting to a scale resolution of 1280*1024. 2 - Enable the browser setting to 400% Zoom mode. 3 - Open the instance homepage. The Content present under 'All publishers' tab is not visible as the page is resized to 400% Zoom mode.

Workaround This problem has been fixed in Rome and onwards, since the License Workbench has been recoded in Seismic. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
