Advanced work assignment ticket does not leave agents queue if assignment group gets changed and available agent is not part of new group in Agent workspaceDescriptionAdvanced work assignment ticket does not leave agents queue if assignment group gets changed and available agent is not par of new group in Agent workspaceSteps to Reproduce 1. Activate plugin - Advanced Work Assignment for Incidents (com.snc.incident.awa ) to get Incident assignment service channel and queue.2. Go to AWA "incident queue" and create an "Assignment Eligibility" record where add an assignment group.3. Also, add "incident" for the "Available" state in the "Presence state" record.4.In one browser A, impersonate the user who is a group member of that group assigned in the incident "Assignment Eligibility" record and set him available in AW inbox.5. In another browser B, create a new incident and assign it to a group that is part of the incident "Assignment Eligibility" record.6. Incident assignation pop up will appear in AW inbox for the available group member in one browser A, at this point do not accept or reject.7. Now in another browser B, change the assignment group and use the assignment group where the already available user in one browser A, is not part of the new group.8. Notice on change of assignment group in the existing incident, the popup will not go away in one browser A for the available user.9. Now in another browser B, set the assignment to and notice the popup will go away in one browser A for the available user.Expectation: If change assignment group of an incident, the pop up should go away for the available user in AW if he doesn't belong to the changed group.Actual: On change of assignment group in the existing incident, the popup will not go away in one browser A for the available user who is not part of he changed group.WorkaroundAWA does not assign based on Assignment Group, it's always based on the Assigned To. Therefore, changing the Assignment Group has no effect in reassigning the Incident. Removing the Assigned To is a way to trigger a reassignment. So this behavior works as expected as per design of AWA.Related Problem: PRB1474034
