WCAG - Screen Readers are announcing heading level 1 for "Incidents" menu button Description The screen reader is unnecessarily narrating heading level 1 for "Incidents" menu button while navigating using heading shortcut key 'H'/down arrow key.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login the instance as administrator

2. Enable WCAG Tool: Screen Reader: NVDA.

3. Go to Incidents > All.

4. Click on new button.

5. Fill all the required fields and save.

6. Go to Additional actions (hamburger button beside back button) > Create problem > New > incidents tab add.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to address this issue as a future product enhancement.
