Issue Description: Agent Workspace: Filters not getting save for "List-Simple" component in the UI Builder

Steps to Reproduce

Hop into any OOB Rome version instance. 1. Open All Workspaces Module from navigator. 2. Open Agent workspace. 3. Click on "Open in UI Builder" UI action. 4. Click on "Testing page" landing page/ (create new page as well) by clicking (+) icon. https://gsifm.service-now.com/now/build/ui/workspaces/7b24ceae5304130084acddeeff7b12a3/pages/728f11021b5a7490d54b524f334bcb50 5. Try to apply filter for "List - Simple" with the title "List - sample 1". 6. Click on Save and reload the page. 7. The filter gets removed. Expecting the filter to stay when the workspace is loaded.

Expected behavior: Expecting the filter to stay when the workspace is loaded.

Actual behavior: The filter doesnt show or work, it goes empty.
