However, customer claimed that the VM is not operational. Further checking the discovery schedule found the CI IP is part of below subnet configured in IP ranges. IP Network 203.112.136.0/21IP Network 203.112.144.0/22 To confirm if the CI is operational or not, we tried to Ping IP 203.112.142.180 from MID server host machine and it returned results successfully. This confirmed the device is still reachable via MID server. Since this IP 203.112.142.180 is in the discovery scheduled IP ranges, MID server is trying to scan the device and changing the status of the device in SNOW.
