Guided Tour on the "sc_cat_item" page is broken if there is an HTML variable in the Catalog Item Description Issue Description: Guided Tour on the "sc_cat_item" page is broken if there is an HTML variable in the Catalog Item.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as admin. 2. Activate the OOB Catalog Item "Sample Item". 3. Add an HTML variable. 4. Create a new Guided Tour. Tour type: Service Portal Portal: Service Portal Starting page: sc_cat_item 5. Click to open the above Guided Tour via "Guided Tour Designer -> Guided Tours". 6. Set the "Additional URL Parameters" to "sys_id=1e01f08ac0a801070187b08d81c0845c". 7. Click "Edit with Designer". 8. Set Introduction and Conclusion. 9. Add callout "Step 1" on the "Select Box" variable. 10. Add callout "Step 2" on the "Reference to sys_user" variable. 11. Click on the "Preview" button. 12. Can see the Introduction pops up. 13. Click on "Begin Tour".

Expected behavior "Step 1" should pop up for the next step. Actual behavior Error message "Tour ended because the next step was not found." pops up. The Guided Tour ended.
