Each record in "em_connector_instance" table comprises few hundred thousand to a million records in "sys_update_version" table. CauseIf the event management was created during 2015 where field "update_synch" is set to value 'true', this may lead to disk space usage increase due to the huge records in table "sys_update_version" that related to table "em_connector_instance" Checked the sys_dictionary record of "em_collector_instance" with type "Collection" ie: https://<INSTANCE>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary.do?sys_id=adf4ed3fdb4f30103bb4b8e2f39619c3 ResolutionChanged the attribute "update_synch" to value 'false'. "Maint" role is needed in order to perform the change as the modification governed by Business Rule: Maint Attribute Protection. Please engage Support to perform the change if you fall into this issue. Out of the box, we don't have the attribute.
