"You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item" when trying to view a knowledge article.


Description

When using the search from knowledge link under Self Service in the filter navigator an article that should be viewable by all is restricted with the following message:

"You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item" when trying to view a knowledge article.

Cause

The update set did not capture the article template when it was created and used as a template to create a knowledge article.

Resolution

Re-create the article template on the intended instance.
