Steps to Reproduce

1. WCAG Tool: Screen Reader: NVDA

2. Go to incident > all

3. Navigate to the 'Show Activity Stream in a flyout window' button and activate it. The "Show activity stream in flyout window" dialog will open.

4. Navigate to any user icon button and activate it. When focus lands on 'Send a Direct Message' button, Screen Reader announces the information twice.

Workaround This is not a WCAG violation in the SN platform, but a common NVDA issue that cannot be circumvented through SN code.
