Customer had two subprod instances both on Quebec but only once of the subprod instance faced this issue. Cause- Root cause: BR, Change Model: Check State Transition<sys_package display_value="Change Management - Change Models" source="com.snc.change_management.change_model">61289f7f1be13010a9bf10622a4bcb6c</sys_package>- The instance was upgraded to Quebec Patch 8 from Paris Patch 5.- Starting in Quebec, Change Management introduced the Change Models feature.- Change Model features were introduced by the below plugin which was auto-installed.- Plugin Link: https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/$allappsmgmt.do?sysparm_redirect=true&sysparm_search=*change%20model- The system properties on 'affected' subprod were missing.Link: /sys_properties_list.do?sysparm_query=nameLIKEmodel%5Esys_package%3D61289f7f1be13010a9bf10622a4bcb6c&sysparm_view=- These properties were present on 'working' subprod instanceLink: /sys_properties_list.do?sysparm_query=sys_package.nameLIKEmodel%5Esys_package%3D3d02dceadb553010e49d4a7f059619ad&sysparm_view=Resolution- After importing these properties into 'affected' subprod instance, verified that issue got resolved.
