They are not interactive users and do not require login access. By default, these users can be impersonated. To prevent impersonation, set the 'Web service access only' option to true on each user record. This disables interactive login and impersonation for these accounts. If impersonation is required, set the 'Web service access only' option to false. There is no significant functional impact from changing this setting. ServiceNow recommends testing any changes on a non-production instance before applying them to production. To update the setting:1. Navigate to User Administration > Users.2. Search for ml.admin or ml_report.user.3. Open the user record.4. Locate the 'Web service access only' option.5. Set the value to true or false as needed.6. Click Save.7. Verify the change on a non-production instance before applying to production.
