Lifecycle Events activity configuration to create Journey Accelerator PlanThis knowledge article supports customers who need to automatically trigger a Journey Accelerator Plan from a Lifecycle Event, functionality delivered in Rome. There is an issue that has been resolved in San Diego. In the meantime, customers can follow these instructions to fix the issue. 1. To get an option Employee for Activity type in the Activity form, perform the following steps. Navigate to sys_extension_instance.listImport the attached sys_extension_instance file by right click on the column header and Import XML 2. To save the create JA plan activity from the Activity[Builder view]: Configure form layout for activity builder view and add the field plan_type.plan_type is a mandatory field for activities with Create JA Plan as the fulfiller activity Alternatively, the Activity[Default view] can be used to get the activity updated with the plan type without editing the Activity[Builder view] form layout
