iOS Attachment Variable produces 'Error downloading file' while previewing attached file - Known Error

iOS Attachment Variable produces 'Error downloading file' while previewing attached file Description When using an attachment variable on an MESP record producer, after the end-user completes attaching the file and clicks on the link to preview what they have attached, an 'Error downloading file' is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1.) Login as vaccine user in the NowMobile app. 2.) In the For Me Tab  Report Vaccination. 3.) Fill in details as needed. 4.) Attach a picture to the form. 5.) Try to open the attached file.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
