Agent Workspace sidebar is displayed by refreshing browser even when "Show Sidebar" is disabled in settings Description The Agent Workspace sidebar gets displayed when refreshing browser even if the "Show Sidebar" option is disabled in settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Agent workspace

2. Go to Incident > Open

3. Open any record

4. Click the profile image and expand the Settings menu

5. Disable "Show sidebar" and observe the sidebar disappears as expected

6. Refresh the browser and observe the contextual side panel is displayed again

Workaround This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
