Enable Japanese keyboard on your OS. The issue is not reproducible if you copy and paste Japanese characters. It is necessary to type Japanese words.2. Login as an agent to the platform in one browser.3. Login as an end user to the platform in incognito mode.4. Go to the Service Portal as the end user and click the chat button located at the bottom right corner to initiate a chat.5. Choose the "Live Agent Support" to connect to a live agent. You should receive an incoming chat request as an agent in the browser window opened in step 2. Click "Accept".6. Type a message in English and hit the enter key. Observe the message is cleared and "Message visible to everyone" is shown in the input box.7. Type a message in Japanese and hit the enter key. Japanese characters are not cleared. If the user hits the enter key, a duplicate message will be sent. WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available.
