Portla suffix is been taking as default value SP instead of custom portal name in teams Issue How to update AI search result’s URL to reflect the required portal suffix (instead of sp) when using the VA in MS Teams.

Cause By default, the value will be SP, if you are on the portal page and trying to use VA it will know what is the ID of the portal, but from teams, it doesn't know what is the ID of the portal and by default, it takes the value as SP.

Resolution If you are using VA below is the system property you need to use and the value should be the portal suffix/ID which you want to see

sn_itsm_va.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url

if you are using VA lite below is the system property you need to use and the value should be the portal suffix/ID which you want to see

sn_itsm_va_lite.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url
