Visitor syncing between sn_imt_core_visitor and sn_wsd_visitor_visitor is broken - Known Error

Visitor syncing between sn_imt_core_visitor and sn_wsd_visitor_visitor is broken Description Synchronization of visitors between Employee Readiness Core and Workplace Visitor Management stopped working with Employee Readiness Core 1.18.0 release and was fixed with the Employee Readiness Core 1.26.0 release. This only effects people with sn_imt_core.visitor_syncing set to true (false by default).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable visitor syncing property (in Employee Readiness Core) 2. Create a sn_imt_core_visitor

Expect: Within 10 seconds one should expect to see a matching visitor in sn_wsd_visitor_visitor.

Note this syncing should work both ways too.

Workaround After upgrading to Employee Readiness Core 1.26.0 or later, run the Sync Visitors fix script to get Employee Readiness Core and Workplace Visitor Management back in sync.
