Not able to add work note from list but able to from form view Issue Not able to add work notes from list but able to from form view. Debugged all scripts, policies, and business rules and the issue still occurs.

Cause When you investigate the XML for activity, an emoji can be seen.

Resolution PRB1385542 which is fixed but the property is added only for new instances. After creating and setting this property to true in the customer instance will resolve the issue.
