Lane Condition to Run does not show changes to activity names Description Lane Add Condition feature does not show changes to activity names while using Process Automation Designer

Steps to Reproduce

* in an instance with Process Automation Designer installed * Create a process with any trigger configuration to any table * Create a lane (call it Lane 1), add an instruction activity (call it Instruction 1) * Create a lane (call it Lane 2), add an instruction activity (call it Instruction 2) * In Lane 2, use the Add Condition feature, notice that the only available options for the LHS of the condition are the trigger record and Instruction 1 * Add a lane (call it Lane 3), add an instruction activity (call it Instruction 3) * Drag Instruction 1 to Lane 2 after Instruction 2 * Rename Instruction 1 to Instruction 2.2 * In Lane 3, use the Add Condition feature, notice the names and positions of the activities is not correct.

Expected: Lane Condition to Run always has the correct set of activities to choose from Actual: Lane Condition to Run has stale data

Note: Adding a new lane and setting it's condiiton will show the correct activities, the others will still have stale data Note: Activity Condition to Run always has correct data
