Keyword based topic discovery may lead to duplicate tasks on Oracle DBDescriptionThe autosuggest endpoint occasionally leads to duplicate conversation tasks named "primary". This is more easily reproducible for instances with an Oracle database but it appears this can happen with certain fallback topics which extend the topic discovery process.Steps to Reproduce 1. Login a Paris or early Quebec instance.2. Install chatbot, keep keyword based discovery.3. Open web client, type something in topic discovery and immediately hit enter (no delay).The conversation becomes corrupted more than 10% of the time. Two topics of type "primary" will be present. It will look like you are in the "capabilities" topic, but if you type something, the web client will hang.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to. The workaround was to install the attached Business Rule to prevent the creation of sys_cs_conversation_task records if the stacktrace includes the autosuggest endpoint.Related Problem: PRB1522623
