Upon uploading an attachment in VA Conversation, the system gives the error message - Please upload an image or enter a valid image linkDetailsUpon uploading an attachment to a conversation in VA, it keeps looping to ask user to upload an attachment. Under the file picker configuration in VA, it has been configured to allow all filetypes. This issue happens with both MS Teams application accessed via the browser, and desktop application. Additional InformationThe issue happens mainly because of caching issue. Clearing the cache fixes the issue: 1. For the browser: Clear the cacheClose the browserLaunch a new browser tab and launch MS Teams. The conversation resumes, and you will be able to upload the files properly. 2. For desktop application: Close the application completely (if required, kill the process from the task manager to clear the cache)Launch the MS Teams app againThe conversation resumes, and you will be able to upload the files properly. Why this happens? When you upload an image in VA Teams app, the image is simultaneously uploaded in the user's Sharepoint/Onedrive.On a successful, you will be able to find the same file in Sharepoint/Onedrive.But when the upload fails due to caching, the file cannot be found in the Sharepoint/Onedrive. After the upload is completed, the system uses the Sharepoint/Onedrive link to render the file image or icon on the MS Teams chat window. If the link is not generated properly or if the upload has failed you will get the message - Please upload an image or enter a valid image link
