To correct, revert this role to "service_viewer" and refresh /nav_to.do?uri=%2Fcmdb_ci_business_app_list.do Related LinksIn the left nav, select DEBUG All refresh the table - cmdb_ci_business_app scroll down to the ACL for business_app, open it and examone the role (default: service_viewer) * check other tables such as cmdb_ci to see if these are visible * impersonate users associated to the role and check if you can vew the records
