Refresh the cmdb_ci_business_app table list view.4. In the debug output, locate the ACL entry for cmdb_ci_business_app and check the role assigned to it. The default base system role is service_viewer.5. Also check the cmdb_ci table ACL to confirm whether records are visible there.6. To further confirm the issue, impersonate a user affected by the problem and verify whether records are visible under their access. Resolve the issue 1. Navigate to System Security > Access Control (ACL).2. Search for the ACL record associated with the cmdb_ci_business_app table.3. Open the ACL record and locate the Roles field.4. If the role has been changed from the base system default of service_viewer, revert it to service_viewer.5. Save the record.6. Navigate back to the cmdb_ci_business_app list view and confirm that records are now visible. Note: Because this is a custom ACL configuration, additional ACL review may be required to ensure all users have the appropriate level of access across related tables.
