Related List tabs randomly duplicate - Support and Troubleshooting

Related List tabs randomly duplicate Issue Customer observed duplicate tabs on forms of different lists. This issue is intermittent and doesn't always happen. See screenshot below:

When this issue happens, there are errors in javascript console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getRowCount')

at _setTabCaption

at updateListContainer

Release Any Release, but the issue is reported in Quebec.

Cause This may happen if Customer uses List V3 and the
