Steps to Reproduce

Set glide.sg.blur_ui_when_backgrounded to true on the instance. Send a push notification that will direct the user to somewhere in the app. Notice that when the user taps the push notification, it will foreground the app but will not direct the user to anywhere.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
