Users are able to book and appoitnment when the one the have is moved to Work In Progress before its scheduled timeDetailsThis is expected behaviour. Appointments can be moved to Work in Progress ahead of schedule so the technicians have more felixibility. Once the appointment has been move to WIP, the user is able to book another appointment even if the date of the first is still in the future. Example: User books an appointment for the 30th of September at 10:00AMTechnician starts working on the appointment the 29th of September at 3:00PMThe 29th of September user is able to book another appointment through walk-up experience portal at any available spot.
