As of Tokyo, AI Search tracking is handled by Click Metrics and is controlled by the system property com.glide.cs.click_metrics.ai_search. Release Quebec and earlier Cause The feature for sending Virtual Agent data to the sys_search_event table is not available in Quebec and earlier releases. Resolution The resolution path depends on the release in use. Rome through San Diego Starting in Rome, the system property com.glide.cs.allow.track.ai_search_result_metrics is available. Its default value is false. To enable Virtual Agent to send data to the sys_search_event table, set this property to true. Tokyo and later As of Tokyo, AI Search tracking is handled by Click Metrics. To enable search term tracking, set the system property com.glide.cs.click_metrics.ai_search to true.
