Agent Workspace list not auto-refreshing when navigated to from homepage widget.DescriptionIf you drilldown on a counter widget on the Agent Workspace homepage, taking you to a list of records, the list does not refresh the record count when one of them is altered such as to take it off the list.Steps to Reproduce Using baseline Quebec: Navigate to Agent WorkspaceOn the homepage drill down on the 'Unassigned Incidents' widget to take you to the list of recordsDrill down on one of the records, assign to someone and save recordReturn to the list.Expected behavior: The list should auto-refresh to reflect the change in the number of unassigned incident records.Actual behavior: The list does not refresh.Repeat the process but but via the 'Incidents ➔ Open - Unassigned' list instead ➔ When returning to the list we see it being automatically refreshed.WorkaroundThis behavior could not be reproduced on a base instance (out-of-the-box). It could be due to customization, a missed upgrade on a particular instance, or a not fully known or documented design.
