special character (i with accent) is not imported in staging table Issue When importing data with strings containing I-acute, this is replaced with a right-single-quoation.

Steps to Reproduce: 1) Create a datasource with source attachment (sample file attached) 2) The data source contains a i-acute: https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+00ED 3) Load all data and check loaded records 4) The result is that the i-acute is now replaced with a right single quotation mark 5) Copy/paste the i-acute into loaded record -- this works

Cause File attached to the data source has unknown charset

Resolution Update the file attached to the data source to have a valid charset UTF-8 and WINDOWS-1252
