Steps to Reproduce

Create two interaction records in Agent workspace. Create one incident from interaction one. Save interaction one. Very quickly, navigate to interaction two. The newly created incident for interaction one now shows on interaction two. Expected result: The newly created incident should show on interaction one, related task.

Actual behavior: The newly created interaction shows under interaction two, related task.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
