Steps to Reproduce

- In an OOTB Quebec instance, open a kb article in Agent Workspace - Observe the fields in the Form header - From UI16 Filter Navigator > Workspace Form Headers > Create a new form header for kb_knowledge table Primary Field: Number Subheading: Category - Refresh the kb article in Agent Workspace

Issue: Primary Field and Subheading are not reflected in Agent workspace for the kb article

Workaround The PRB: PRB1495605 is being marked Working as expected because:

Feature of Setting Headers in the workspace is supported only in form mode. Document heading 'Set up form headers in workspace' suggests it is for Workspace forms. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/administer/workspace/task/configure-forms-workspace.html Setting headers is not supported in view mode in knowledge as it is using a single component.
