Before proceeding to the next steps we recommend to maintain desired table configuration opened for further use.Open UI Builder and select experience you would like to edit Agent Assist setup for.Select Record page from the list of pages:If your Record page is in Read-only mode please follow alternative setup.Select "Contextual sidebar" from the Content tree, select "Agent Assist" from the list of tabs shown inside of the right hand Configuration panel and click on "Edit content". If this approach is not working fully, please use "Edit content" button which appears over the Agent Assist in the page preview section. Out of the box Agent Assist is setup with default configuration for the Incident. In order to create a new one you will need to create a variant with appropriate selections made.6. Once variant is created it can be configured to use correct table configuration from step 1. Copy Sys ID of desired configuration and paste it inside the corresponding field. The other fields should be populated by analogy with the Incident setup: Lastly you need to setup the rules for when this variant should be used. This can be done using actions on the variant which can be accessed by hovering over its name: To determine when variant is shown please provide query as shown on the example below:Save your changes to the variant.
