Workaround: Click "Select file" and select the Word document."DOCX" should be populated in the "Convert" dialog. Choose "HTML" for the "to" option. (Optional, if document is password protected) Click the "Options" wrench icon to provide the password for the documented. Click "Convert".Once processed, on the popup that appears click "Download" to download the converted HTML file. Rename the end of the file from ".html" to ".txt", open the text file, select all and copy to clipboard, OROpen the HTML file in a web browser, right-click on the page > View source code > select all and copy to clipboard. On the ServiceNow instance, navigate to the form with the HTML field, and using the TinyMCE "Source Code" button on the toolbar (icon appears as "< >"), select all > paste the HTML code into the "Source Code" popup modal, and click OK.
