Steps to Reproduce

1-Login to an instance as an admin user (not as a maint user -- keep in mind that localhost "admin" also gets maint, so I did this on a TD instance) 2-Go to kb_knowledge_base table 3-Go to a record where your user does not meet the scripted criteria in the ACL and note that the "Delete" button is available.

4-Flip the "Admin overrides" flag on the ACL in question to false https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_security_acl.do?sys_id=337b9ae2b7d000108ccb702e7e11a9d2

5-Go back to same record and note that Delete is no longer available

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
