Steps to Reproduce

1) set glide.system.locale property to sk.SK 2) add a decimal field to a table 3) populate some data into that field 4) show that field on a list, add "total" list calculation to that column 5) find a user who has no location and no country 6) Edit one of the values in your decimal field, make sure to use the ##,## (comma) format vs. decimal

Expected: either List Total updated with new value, or value removed if incorrect Actual: List Total not updated and is wrong until list refreshed
