File parsing error when importing a Word document into a Knowledge articleIssue Unable to import a specific Word document (.docx file) into a Knowledge Base using Knowledge > Articles > Import Articles. (Or the Import Articles option on the Knowledge Management v3 homepage, if enabled). The import dialog returns the message: "File parsing error". The corruption was evidenced by file size comparison of the original document and the document after it was open in Word and saved to a new location. The original file size was 253 kb and the new file size was 28 kb.ResolutionOpen the .docx file in Word and go to Edit | Save As... Save the file to a different directory, or with a different name in the same directory.
