Activity Stream: at-mention shows inactive usersIssue When using the at-mention functionality on a record, the results displayed are showing inactive users.ReleaseAll releasesCauseThis can occur if one of the inactive users was already mentioned on the case, such as in the watch list of an incident. Any users that are found associated with the record are searched after the call to the server is made to retrieve users that match the search term, and users that are searched on the record are not checked to see if they are Active.ResolutionAt the time of writing this, this is expected behavior. Inactive users will appear in the results of the at-mention dialog if they are already in another field on the record. The user will need to be removed from any reference field that they are contained in order to remove them from the results list.
